if its under load and you have worn engine/trans mounts, that could cause a issue. but if its raining and your in neutral, thats a bit of a odd issue.
Not under load its just shifting period. I actually ground the mounting brackets off on my exhaust that extended to the top of the exhaust and its a lot better now but still a problem. But still sometimes its bad enough that i have to pull the shifter physically up to shift. Its like when it rains the engine shifts as though its under load and pushes the exhaust upwords and leavs it there.
FWIW for me anyways its not constant its only sometimes while its raining, but it only happens when its raining.
