Hey i got a 96 GSR with a B18C Long Block Swap from www.hmotorsonline.com and was wondering if a Spoon Racing P2T OBD2A ECU would work and fit in my car and all that?

Hmmm....

long block Huh? what is your question exactly? there seems to be a lack of usable information here. are you asking wether the OBD"a ecu will plug in to your car? Or will that ECU run the engine?

Information is lacking: will ned to know what exactly is done to the engine (modifications etc etc) Do you know the Specs of the ECU? if not then you should research that and then try to explain why the particular mods on your engine would benifit from the mods to that ECU...

Yes the Ecu should plug in
Yes it will run the engine (but not sure of the effects on the system it will have due to the lack of information)

Is it a worthy purchase? that will depend on what is done to your engine and how that program will effect it as well as what price you are paying for the ECU.

Why do you want the Spoon ECU so bad?
"because Hector has 3 honda civics with spoon engines..."

sorry i couldn't resist...

anyways... if you want an upgraded ECU (assuming its necessary with your modifications) get a chipped OBD1 ecu and tune it with one of the many quality choices out there such as Crome, Hondata, Uberdata, etc... something that will allow you to run an ecu SPECIFIC to your exact motor build and power goals. no point in grabbing some pre-programmed ecu just because it has JDM Bling factor. Plus... you might end up paying more for something that is by no means better than the others. And be sure you stay away from "spoon chips" on ebay or "spoon chipped" ecu's on ebay... i wouldn't trust those for a second.
