the website Hondata has a fairly detailed approach to tuning at WOT- however like most will tell you, every engine is slightly different so fine tuning may vary.

I've never tuned a car yet, but have been doing some researching on the topic and it is better to compromise a little performance for a reliability factor, a.k.a keeping the mixture rich.
I've been reading a book called "How to Tune and Modify Engine Management Systems". Its not too bad for information on how to tune. You can find it on Amazon.com.
The book gives a lot of info on the different types of sensors and how they work, and also the obvious, how to tune, although the info is in bits and pieces throughout the book..
I personally thought the Hondata method to tuning is very instructional, methodical way of tuning a N/A engine, if it is accurate.
