94 Integra Ls 5 speed. Hard to get it to shift into gear, some times it does it just fine. At idle it's mostly easy, higher the rpms though, the harder it is. Makes a whining sound some times when I do put it in gear, but if I let off the clutch a little it will stop. Flywheel maybe?

Transmission issue
Took it to a mechanic friend, and he isn't sure what the problem is. He thought it might be the transmission, but it still drives and is going into gear; albeit rough.
He's thinking it might be the throw out bearing, but it's weird because it only makes noise when it's in gear, but not all the time. His advice was to keep driving it until it gets worse, and maybe the problem will become more clear.
Anybody got another idea?

The clutch isn't disengaging and the throw out bearing is bad. Basically I was told to replace the clutch kit.
