Well rev limiter is different than redline.. I believe REDLINE is 8200.. not rev limiter.

 

then the rev limit should be 8,500 then right

 

Rev limiter is 8100. Fuel cut is 8200 IIRC.

A stock P72 will not rev to 9000. Period.

Rev limiter and fuel cutoff is the same thing. The ECU limits revs by cutting fuel.

Now if you want to call the Redline the Rev limit, I suppose you can since your not suppose to rev past the redline, hence the name rev limit. But the fuel cut will altimatly determain how high you can rev, hopefully.

I think TheGSRGuy ment Redline is 8,100 RPM and Fuel cut is 8,200 RPM.
