Not hard...
If you have replica ones, you just bolt it from underneath and the ends to have it secure.

If you have real ones, you just take out your original sides and replace with those new ones.

Not completely necesary, but good idea to get it.
You have to shop around though for weather stripping.

If you read a thread, it's about someone purchasing the thread from Toyota off their optional kit.
I think it was around $10-20. But it was enough length for both skirts.

 

when installing this jsut use screws on the bottom and on teh end near the tires?

i bought it from a fellow ti memeber i jsut going to install them so i was wondering were the best place to put the screws

 

i used rivets for my installation. much cleaner look IMO.

but there are spots on the bottom side where you should mount. they bump up and its about an inch long where the fastner should go. i also put one on each end, and two in the top side for good measure

All I did was use 1 screw and washer on each end of the sideskirt into the fender liner. It's not necessary to put anything on the bottom of it.

 

I was the one who stated you could get the new weather striping from Toyota. I don't have the part number any more but it is the rubber stripping from the wheel well mounts from the trucks. If you go to Toyota they well know what you are talking about.

 

I picked up a big roll of weather stripping that was perfect for the sides and rear pieces from Pep Boys for $15.

could that front lip be purchased from the dealerand will it fit my '96 gsr?

 

no, that front lip was made for the 98+ integra front
