IAC cleaning vs replacing?

I had P0505 - I cleaned the throttle body and changed the Sparks.
No longer it throws the code but idle is low when AC is turned on.

Shops says cleaning might not work - and also the gasket is needed since it might break.

I read quite a bit of the posts here. What has been the consensus on replacing vs cleaning?
My car has 140k miles and well maintained. The IAC is not cheap.

I was asking for the Denso's part #
I have the Acura part #s as:
36450-P1G-E01 - IAC
36455-PT3-A01 - Gasket

I found one in my arsenal - it doesn't have Acura's part # but Denso's part printed as:
138200-0520

Just want to make sure its the right fit. If you have a spare one or picture of it, its printed on it.

Anyway to test this?

My friend - GSR is manual.
IAC is different for manual and auto.
But its likely the same for 2DR/4DR - this is what I want to verify?
And 1998-2001 Auto, its 36450-P1G-E01

What voltage should u get across the two electrical connectors using a volt meter?
