Well today after work, I got to paint my rota slipstream from black to white. I used the duplicolor paint. Here is what I used
2 cans duplicolor white
1 can duplicolor primer
1 can duplicolor clear coat
1 pack of 200 grit sandpaper
1 pack of 1000 grit sandpaper
pack of index cards
1. Each wheel must be washed and cleaned thoroughly
2. first wetsand each wheel with 200 grit sand paper
3. after it has been wetsand thoroughly clean again
notice: dont have to spend too much time on #2 and #4. Just make sure you get all the parts sanded a little. Youll notice it when it kinda feels rough. You want that so the paint can stick
4. then wetsand again using 1000 grit sandpaper
5. clean again with soap and water
6. repeat 2-5 for all other 3 wheels
7. totally dry it with whatever you want
8. than put the index cards between the tire and rim to not paint you tires also
9. Shake all the duplicolor paint for about a min
9. i first used primer. The technique is to spray from left to right or right to left about 10inches away, starting from the outer edges first. i only did 1 coat each rim
10. than used duplicolor white. the technique is to spray from left to right or right to left about 10inches away, starting from the outer edges first. Make sure you are not too close because youll get overspray and that is bad. on the first coat, put a very light coat on it. Did like 4 coats each rim.on the 2nd or 3rd coat, make sure you get the inner edges. make sure to spray a test sample every time you put a new coat so you can see if its dry instead of touching the rim.
11. same technique with clear coat, just make sure to thoroughly dry it.
12. let it dry and enjoy your new rims!
total time spent:3 hours
prep:1 hour
paint:2 hours (had kind of a heater thing for faster dry time)
tips
1. shake the paint alot
2. dont paint with the bottle at a horizontal angle or it might spray small gunks and cause overspray, spray always vertical
3. make sure its totally dry in each coat
4. take your time

Here are the results...
If anyone needs help to paint their own wheels, feel free to ask questions.
Also, I got a used es oval tuning muffler from a local honda-tech person. Here is my impression
pros
1. the sound is really low and deep
2. You can use exhaust tips for sleeper look! (currently have on a rsx type-s tip and a gsr tip for extra) Looks at my pics of my exhaust
3. 2.5 and 2.5 out
4. straight-through design but more on quiter side(quieter than spoon n1 with silencer)
cons
1. maybe a bit loud for some ( i have a full 2.5 system with a 14inch resonator and 2.5 inch high flow cat) maybe a longer resonator will help
I am going to make a video for guys to see how it sounds like, inside the car and outside. I also have a world sport 2 video in indoor view and sound, if anyone is interested.
