Z10 Motorsports BLOCK GIRDLE SPECIAL OFFER for Team-Integra members!!

The Z10 Block Girdle bolts directly to the block, strengthening the main webbing by tying the caps together. Made of billet 6061-T6 aluminum, and CNC-machined, it is designed to withstand the pressures of high-performance engines, ensuring you with a safer, stronger, and more stable engine.

The Z10 Block Girdle was designed based on the need for a strengthening component for high-performance Honda engine blocks. When high-RPM's and increased horsepower is applied to the factory OEM block, the main webbing has a tendancy to deflect which can cause bearing damage and crank shaft failure.

The factory OEM girdle is not designed to handle engine build-ups!!

So Z10 designed the block girdle in billet aluminum and is CNC-machined to withstand the pressures of high-performance Honda engines, which the stock one can not handle.

Okay here's the dealio, I have a b18a, so I would get your block girdle, and replace my old one with your shiny new model? but I would also need a different windage tray and oil pan? do you have a kit that includes them as well? ( I saw something alluding to that as well on the Z-10 site) how would one incorporate that with say...posting the cylinders or resleeving with webbed or block guarded cylinders? also since cylinder wobble is likely HOW much does it decrease it (i.e boost up to xxx lbs or run at xxx RPMS)
It sounds like it would be a critical-gotta-have product, but when you say

well we use one in our stroked b-16 engine, it runs 30 lbs of boost, and runs in the nines, our block has darton sleeves, and we had over 280 runs on that engine, could have had more but i dropped some valves, the bottom end is still perfec, well the pistons are trashed, but the botttom end is reusable, i know z 10 offers the complete package with windage tray, and pan, you can check out my car in last monts sport compact car its the scc drag civic, we also run the radius arm traction system, this company (Z10) knows how to build quality product and give great service, if that cant sell you on the product, i dont know what will, but watch for upcoming issues of sport compact car for installation stories, and see the product on both the civic and the new holley/project crx, just in time for the sema show..feel free to respond or contact me if you want additional feedback, thanks...dominic conti

I'm no pro, but I do know a couple
lol...

Our Part# Z10-2020 is the CRVTEC/LSVTEC block girdle installation kit which we offer for $250.00. This includes the GSR mainbolts, the GSR oil pan, windage tray and oil pump pickup.

Any other questions, please ask! If I can't answer it, I know someone who can...

as far as wobble goes i will post a pic as soon as i get it from the engine guy, there is no wear to the sides of our pistons, or endplay in the crank, this stuff works!

Okay, so the KIT is $250? I was thinking I would have to buy all the parts seperately... (CHA-CHING!)
this is quite ironic, I looked to Z-10 about a year and a half back, but I couldn't get the info I needed. now that my car is coming apart... blam! theres the info AND theres the discount!

o.k. .just wondering.. is the type R and the GSR the same product or is it 2 different items??? just wondering cuz you have them listed together.. thank you.. and thats good that the offer ends 8/18 cuz that makes it more posible for me to get...

The GSR/TypeR is the same girdle... it fits the B18C engine block. The middle main cap on the B18C engine block is level with the other caps, unlike that of the LSVTEC/CRVTEC application.
