the remote for my alarm really sucks, i can be standing right next to my car and it still doesn't get the signal..think its just the battery? it's been like this since i got it though...btw, karr is the one that honda gave me..yea i know i drive a nissan, but i got it used from a honda dealership, so they stuck it on there...new i shoulda went aftermarket...but yea, i'm ranting now, so help me out if you can, thanks..

change the battery if its not the battery take it to circuit city or someplace like it and they should get u a new one for like 80 bucks

i think he means remote...not sure though. (thats about the price of them)

it may not be the remote though, it may acutally be your reciver. they have atennas that attach to them. when i had my new viper put in, the had a extended reach atenna with it. bring it somewhere that specializes in alarms and have them take a look at. if its a good shop, and have a lot of experience, they should be able to help you.

Karr alarm...i think thas a dealer only.. that was our number competition....(we installed chapman and pursuit) as far as how dealer work goes...most of the time...they wont charge u to have it looked it...and parts should be covered on those things for life, so long as u have receipt for it...
