on april 26th i ordered a kaminari single vent hood from asylumms.com. then i started hearing a lot of bad sh*t about them but since my order was already done i went ahead with them. i never heard anything about my order so about a week ago i requested a status update which supposedly would be replied to within 24 hours. i still didnt hear anything so last night i wrote them and told them that i wanted to cancel my order. this morning i got a call from them saying that it had been sitting at the local shipping company for 2 weeks! i was upset that they couldnt call to tell me or anything, but i figured i would get over it until i came into work today and checked my email. someone from there had responded to my email from last night and cursed me out and said that i had ordered incorrectly, even though they sent me a confirmation email when i first ordered it to let me know that it had been processed. i was so pissed. i basically just wanted to warn anyone that doesnt already know not to order from asylum cuz since my problems i have been hearing from friends about how they were dicked over by asylum too. i dont want any of my fellow ti members to be in the dark like i was.

i order a front lip from them and i got it in 5 days afther i guess i was lucky ?

well like i said befor befor u order something always email them and and ask them a few questions 1. see how long they take too replay u back if they take too long don't even order from them 2. if they do email u in a few hour are a day them ask them some more questions and ask more then just one make sure they answer all the question u ask them sometime they just read part of are ur question if they did that then it means they don't really care wut u want too know .. from that point don't even order from that it only means u won't get ur order on time are they wouldn't even check if anyone order from them... as for me i email them 2 time one too see if they would reply . then the other time i ask them a few questions , afther that then i order my front lip then i got i in 5 days. and is being painted and i'll have it install some time next week

Does anyone know where they order the products from? I figured I would get it from them since i live 1 1/2 or 2 hours away. I emailed them and they responded the next day. I told them I was interested in getting products from them, and which ones....DC headers, Apexi WS, and a hood. They told me that they price match, and wanted to know if I was interested in a body kit too. They said they wanted a local car to sponsor and work with (whatever that means). I took it as they would give me the body kit to display on my car as advertisement for them. I told them I was interested in a body kit but could not afford one just yet....just to see if they would respond saying that they would give it to me for free. Then I would say hell yeah! But after reading this old thread, I am having second thoughts. Maybe I might get lucky like integra_guy. And the fact that I live so close I thought I would save on shipping, but I guess they order from elsewhere and wanted me to still pay shipping. I'm gonna call them today and ask more questions.

hey fellas, www.ardperformance.com is a pretty good site. i ordered my 5zigen fireball from them and i got it in less than a week. however, i did order an exhaust for a 4-door and they sent me one for a 2-door. but its no biggie. it wasn't anything me and my bros couldn't handle. i understand stuff for 4-doors isn't really popular.
