Wow, you're going every way but the right way. You sound like you have no idea what you want to do....I suggest doing some research to see what each part does and what each part affects. You just want to "throw" something on an engine? No offense, but it sounds like you need to do some homework...
BTW, check out the articles on here about turbo and headers, very informative...
If you threw in your power goals, what type of engine you have, how much psi you are planning on running, if you're gutting up the engine etc etc, that would help out a lot.

If you want to go turbo then don't buy headers, it will be a waist of money since you are going to have a turbo exhaust manifold with your turbokit. As far as pulleys and cam gears you might as well wait till after you go Turbo 'cause then you can get the right ones for your application changes when you FI.
hope that helps
so basicly if your gonna do anything do some research first. Than act upon that. But just like the other dude said go turbo first and than build off that. but keep in mind, its not as simple as throwing it on, you got to make sure your engine is going to be capable of handling which ever turbo you decide. Dont go to big or you'll waste your money and blow your engine. think about what factors you want from a turbo, such as reliablity. only real advice i can give that would be of any help is to not act impulsivly, take the time to look around and shop around, this way at the end you can feel comfortable with your desicons with out having any doubts, and you'll know that you got the best for your application, after all your looking at spending alot of money here, so you might as well spend it wisely.
