I'm getting my Silver Konig Heliums wrapped in Kumho 712 205/50's within a week and I almost forgot that I'd be needing some locks, and probably some new lugs.

Where is a good and not too expensive place to buy these? Should I look at regular tire places? What would be a good online place?

Where did you order them from? Reason asking, is most places that sell package deals usually give you all the lugs with it.

Ok I'm bringing this back from the dead because I just got my Circuit 8's a few weeks ago and I am going to need new lug nuts soon. If I had the money I would get McGard but I don't have an extra $100. I am thinking Kyokugen but if I can find anything cheaper that would be nice. Also any places to get them. I have spent all day searching (and skipped a class for it too lol) and have decided that I must turn to TI.

Thanks for the help.

Hey bro,
I just got my locks from SummitRacing.com. I ordered McGard's SplineDrive kit that came with locks and special lugs that require a key too(I guess it's for dual stages for protection).
It only cost me $50 shipped with a $20 certificate I recieved from them for ordering some gauges. But for $70 shipped, I still think they're a great buy.
Part # is 65457 in chrome. Hopes that helps bud.

You can get McGard's for around $30. You're talking about a set of four lock nuts right? I just got mine a few weeks ago. Another place had them for $50. I got them at a local shop. So i dont know about online. Mach III has them in their shop in SF. I believe they were $45. I'm not sure if they have them online, but they might.

DO NOT buy Kyokugen. The key will break and/or strip the bolts and/or key itself. They can rust onto the wheels making it almost impossible to take off.

For less than what Kyokugens go for, get the Gorilla lugs.

I suggest McGard, unless you want every other person out there to have the key to your "locks." Gorillas all use the same wrech so basically anyone can take your wheels if they wanted to. McGards on the other hand, have different keys for each set.

See that is what I heard but I didn't want to post that and have like six people telling me that they use them and have no problems since it wouldn't help me get my answer. From the way it sounds I think I am going to get Gorilla's.

Oh and to the person that asked I do need a complete set, or 16, not just four replacements.
Sorry for not saying that before.

Thanks everyone.
And if anyone else know of anything please post it.

About the Kyokugen. I Have them on my circuit 8's and I hate them. they are light and all but the key blows. I have only had them on for about a month, only took my wheels off like maybe 4 times and right now my key is already starting to strip. The thing blows. Next time I am going to go with the Rays Engineering/Volk lugs from Daliracing.com for 95. I hate how I cant use air tools on my sh*tty Kyokugen. Biggest waste of $50 ever

oh, now that i'm doing some research, McGuard SplineDrive lugs seem pretty good. Everyone swears by them.

But I still need to know the size if anyone knows. This isn't something anyone would know unless they have ordered lugs anyway.

Yeah, I got gorillas... I think it was at Discount.

I forget the size, but if you go to Discount or any auto parts store they can tell you for sure. They had a little book or chart to tell me.
