I have a 95 RS and I am always hearing that people like to use synethic blend oil for performance gains. I have a new header, CAI, high flow cat, per muffler and a few other mods and I have been using regular 5w-30 oil like i am suppose to but I was wondering if synethic oil would help with performance. Also what is a good performance oil filter to use with the new oil?

any help would be great

Mobil-1 Fully Synthetic has been proven to be the best oil you can use. I run mobil 1, and a good ol purolator oil filter. $23 every 3000 miles.

oh yeah, I guess if you're looking for opinions too, I run Mobil-1 synthetic for the last 7000 miles and I've had no problems.

with you been using it a little longer 10k or so...wix filter. No problems
