I am one week away from getting my '01 GSR. 152k miles and fairly stock (I'd like to keep it that way). The previous owner installed eibach springs and an injen air intake. I'd like to know about some things I should keep my eyes on and routine maintenance. I've tried looking through the forum but can't seem to find any straight-up answers. I'm thinking spark plugs, trans fluid, timing belt, brake and clutch fluids...any thing else? I want to know as much information as possible to keep this car in great, long-term condition.

If you do not know when the timing belt was changed last it would be good idea to change it. If it breaks it will not be fun. In addition to the things you already listed brakes is one you will eventually have to do.
Main relays can make car randomly shut off ive never had that happen due to main relay but there are alot videos on crank no starts etc. Conditions that cause it to shut off or crank no start can lead to believe it is other problems but main relays are a central point that fuel and even the computer cannot work without it being good.
You could change fuel filter but alot owners probably never do and car still runs.
ignition coil might be something preventative if your just looking for things to do and or the igniter too. If it has factory plug wires on still might want to keep running those until they go.
Computer wise alot ODDI computers have capcitiators changed but being you are OBDII Im not sure if that would be true or not.

not mechanically related, but you should install (2) kill switches. One for the Fuel Relay, and one for the ignition and get a GPS tracker from LandSeaAir for a $20 month subscription...or at least (2) air tags. Mechanically related I would do the Water Pump, Altenator, and Starter. Those were some of the items that caught me off guard when i got my integra.

Put a stock air filter back on it. Those after market ones are terrible at filtering the air. If you don't believe it, there are some videos on Youtube that prove it. Your teg will have plenty of power with a real air filter and the engine will be protected.
