Doesn't look like the Type R lip to me. Looks more like a modified version of the Civic Si lip.

Looks very similar to the Mugen lip, but with the small openings filled.

it looks like a civic si/ CTR front lip.. i like how the lip is actually a lip and doesn't go up over the bumper like the 98+ ITR lips does
