I am about to put a muffler and a AEM intake on my car and i was wondering if i need a front strut bar, rear tie bar or rear strut or whatever. Tell me what i need. I really need to know.

well I'v eheard form a few autocorssers in civics that the monkyey bar (goes behind the front seats on the floor, is a bolt on affair, and actually helps body roll. I haven't heard much about them on Integras, but Considerign we do have a similar chasis, I'm up for seeing soem more evidence. The few people I know of that do have them tell me that it was a great imporvement, and elimnated all forms of hatch rattle as well. They also said they had upper and lower tie bars for both front and rear before installing them as well.

I do believe that these are helpful, and are useful, but you really have to be pushing the car to an edge that really isn't safe. The only reason i have my red one is i was trying to see if it helped that and for $20 i couldn't complain.
