I looked in both the 94-97 and 98-01 service manuals and that harness normally has four connectors: Parking/turn signal light, side marker light, front window washer motor, and rear window washer motor. None of these have a green with white stripe wire.

Can you follow the harness to see where that wire comes from? That may give you an idea of what it is there for.

I was just in there doing a tuck on mine and I know this wire but don't remember. I can check later today after work and get back to you. I want to say its to one of the headlights. I know one is green with red stripe....

It should be for the turn signal / side marker. It's the outer, small bulb.

Green/White - Side marker (small bulb)
Black - Ground
Red/Black - Parking Lights (large bulb)
Green - Turn Signal (large bulb)

If I were you, I'd go to a junk yard and get that part of the harness off a wrecked integra and redo it. Use solder and heatshrink instead of those butt connectors.
