I recently purchased ANOTHER teg and it is missing a cover that goes over the flywheel. Anyone know the actual name of this cover and where i can score one? Trans is an LS, don't know if the covers are interchangeable or wut? You can see the bottom of the flywheel right behind the header.

Unless you wanna keep dirt and water out of it.

I dunno about you, but I feel a little bit safer with it bolted in place. There's a reason it was put there by the factory....

Considering when I took mine off to replace the oil pan gasket there was a bunch of dirt and oil caked in there. I imagine it only keeps rocks and other large objects out. Try the junk yard it just a small piece of metal.

I'm pretty sure the oil pan has to come off too.
