Perhaps the electrical gurus can help. I wired up my VTEC light correctly but it doesn't work. I think the problem lies in the grounding location -- I grounded it to a metal bracket near the strut tower brace. Is this a good place?

Did you hook it up to the Solenoid or the ECU?

Haha...then maybe you didn't wire it correctly ehh?

Well, first things first, always have a multimeter when doing electrical work. Set it to test you ground and do just that. Then you'll know if the ground is good or not. You can get a multimeter at radio shack and any other store like that.

As for were to tap it into...no clue. I've never installed a light for that.

i grounded to the bolts holding the ecu in place and it works fine and maybe ur operating temp was too low???
