I have replace the vss twice is one works when u test it with the ohm meter.so i am guessing it is my wiring.Does anyone know what wire and connector it is on the ecu and speedo?

Clean the Ground screw which is a long screw on the VSS, there are three screws, two to hold the VSS and 3rd one is one to ground. clean/brush the screw before you install again. Clean the Ground screw next to the Thermostat also, My Sppedometer is working great after the cleaning today. VSS is so simple which I doubt it is a problem.
