Okay so I’ve looked at a couple of threads on this but I can’t seem to make sense of it. Under the hood , on the decal it says I need to be within 1-0.02mm for my intake side and .18- 0.22mm for my exhaust side . But on the on the post (wish I could tag it , sorry , I’m a newb ) it says .08- .12mm for intake and .17- .21mm for exhaust clearance . Granted they’re both in spec I just want to be dead nuts when I do this because I don’t wanna have to take off my valve cover again/ redo the gasket . Help a brother out here :(

(p75 head) , thought about going with .09 for my intake clearance and .19 for my exhaust clearance. Will it effect performance negatively in any way?

Hope this helps:

B18B1 engine: Intake-0.003-0.005 in. (0.08-0.12mm), Exhaust-0.006-0.008 in. (0.16-0.20mm)

For example the first number on intake is the tightest it should be .08 and the second number is the loosest it should be at .12mm. BTW, It's always better to lean towards the looser side. Here is some more info here.
