i am doing my valve adjustment(b18b1) and i came accoss some questions and searching didnt result in an answer,

- the locknuts where u losen to adjust the clearence, some seem loose, not the actual nut but the whole, for lack of a better word, assembly, includes
-the nut ur loosing, the adjusting screw and how its attached to the engine
-when i say loose i mean like wiggly, it has some play side to side, only 1-2mm but its only on cylinder 1 and the exhaust of 3?

Its OK. those assemblies move. They do wiggle, so its not a problem.

And only certain ones will wiggle when the cam is not puttin pressure on them. The rest are loaded under pressure so they wont wiggle until you turn the crank to the unloaded position for them.

*EDIT*
VTEC engines dont do this because the way the rockers atttach to the head. They have a rod running through them wheras the B18b has a ball joint for the rockers. Thats why our engines "wiggle".
