I just recently baught this kit for my LS and it doesnt look complete.

The guy I baught it from said all it was missing was the double alternator pulley. Needless to say, he was wrong. Heres a list of all the missing components:

051-109 Double Alternator pulley $60.00
988-043 S/C support bracket $39.00
051-628 PULLEY, 2.5IN IDLER, NYLoN $35.00
051-528 GASKET,GEN3 S/C-TB ADAPTER $4.00
051-530 GASKET,TB ADAPTOR-S PIPE $4.00

051-411 BRACKET, LS/ RS THROTTLE CABLE $14.00
051-410 BRACKET, IDLE CoNTROL VALVE $12.83

I called Jackson Racing to order all these parts and found out that they dont sell the idle control valve bracket ATM due to quality issues. Sounds phishy to me. So I need this part to complete my setup. Please let me know if you see anything else Im missing, or if you know where I can get an Idle control valve bracket, or maybe fabricate on myself. THANKS

it looks like you have all the important bits.

you need the alternator pulley, and if you plan on running that pressure sensor, the fuel relay.

i can think of 5 things (other then the doubble alternator pulley) that are missing and depending on your Engine management you only need 3.

1. (need) the FRP adapter (little billet piece that goes between your fuel rail and FRP) if you don't have it your FRP will hit the manifold.

2. Radiator hose that goes from block to intake manifold

3. can't see it but do you have the hex plugs that go in thous holes on the of the intake manifold?

4. The various relays and switches you need to fun this on your stock engine

5. The JRSC FPR that increases your fuel pressure if you don't have after market engine management

there might be other nuts and bolts also. But you won't need 3-4 if you upgrade your fuel/engine management

hope that helps a little...

edit: there is also a throttle cable relocation bracket that i don't see.

^^THANKS! would I need the pressure sensor or the fuel relay if I was running hondata? I think I have the hex plugs in there(two hex top metal plugs in the two holes on top of the manifold). What various relays and switches do I need to run on stock engine?

^^^ you have a pressure sensor ( it's on the top of the intake manifold (in the picture), but no you wouldn't need either if your running hondata

^^^^nope that's for the support bracket... i forget if it's blower or block side but definitively for the support bracket

The support bracket mounted to the blower, is on the underside and is like a triangle shape

EDIT: I'm stupid it's been awhile since i put mine on but that piece you pictured mounts that pulley bracket in the picture next to it to the block.

Does anyone have a complete picture of their B18B JRSC kit?

So far I think I need the following:

1. FRP adapter
2. Radiator hose that goes from block to intake manifold
3. various relays, switches, nuts & bolts
4. double alternator pulley
5. throttle cable relocation bracket

I FINALLY got an Email response from Moss Motors and here is what they had to say after sending them the pictures above:

Now I have a question and I figured my dear friends here on TI could answer it before I hear back from Moss Motors who took TWO WEEKS to reply to my email.

First of all, I will be running Hondata S200 w/ boost option & VTEC ECU with this. Will I need the fuel access kit if I have Hondata?

Ok WOW, Jackson Racing responded before you guys, thats impressive considering it took them a week. Anyways, I found out that I dont need the FUEL ACCESS KIT. Moving on....

Now I have run into a big problem. The Idle Control Valve Bracket (PART# 051-410) isnt available to order anymoe. When I called Jackson Racing, I was told the part was on hold for quality issues and they didnt know when it would be available again. WTF?! Can I run my kit without this? Doesnt sound safe to me. If ANYoNE HAS THIS PART OR KNOWS WHERE I CAN FIND oNE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Ive got $3-4,000 of parts sitting in my garage waiting to be put on and now my project is on hault because of a idle control valve bracket. Thanks in advance guys.
