Today I replaced my dash in my 94 Integra GSR, for a 2001 GSR dash. Everything went as planned, but when I finished I noticed my turn signals dont work. They dont blink inside(on the cluster), nor do I hear a click click click sound, and the lights dont blink outside either(neither front nor rear). The wild thing is my emergency flashers do work.... I checked to make sure the turn signal wire was pluged in on the turn signal/head light switch(left side of steering wheel). Everything thing else works perfectly which is odd. I did note that their are two black solonoids or relays or something on the left lower part of the dash(above the fuse panel) and I wasnt sure which was which, but I have tried switching the plugs and nothing happened. Please help, I have a 7month old and need my car to be safe!

yeah it was a fuse for me...look on you service manual to see the fuse box layout...when I swith the dash it had the layout on the cover which was wrong...there was a missing fuse...give it a try..if it's not that check of you turn signal switch is connected or check is it works..with a multimeter for continuity....it's was a pain driving with out turn signals for a week and stick my arms out for hand signals...good luck..if I remember correctly my fuse was in the middle of the bottom row(I'll check)

I am going to check the fuses once more in the morning before work, then if that dont get it when I get to work I will take the steering wheel off again and make sure and connect everything up one more time slowly and see if that fixes it. If that still doesnt get it, than I will take the switch out and test it. Hopefully I can figure it out somewhere in their. If not I might just wire up a simple oN/OF switch with 2 stages to it so that I can use my signals still. Thanks for all the advice and I will keep you posted.

Did you put in a new hazards switch?
Your turn signal wiring runs through your hazard switch.
If you are using a different hazard switch, try switching back to your old one.

If that's not it, check the hazard switch wiring harness for loose pins.

Hopefully that's it. (Did I mention the hazard switch?) ;)

couldn't it be a different fuse? I think i blew out the fuse for my dash lights one time, and basically my parking lights up front would work, but the dash lights wouldn't work and i couldnt signal. then i swapped that fuse out and everything was perfecto? dunno just throwing out ideas

i have the same problem ever since i swapped out my 95 dash to a 98 dash...turn signals didn't work as well but the hazards did work...replaced everything you could think of from the relay, fuses, to the bulbs...what the dealership said as well as a honda specialist, they're might be a difference in the wiring harnesses...they suspected the 94-95 integras may differ in the wire harnesses from the 96+...i've already spent $300 on an Electrical Specialist and they can't figure out what the problem is...

i'm in search of a 95 RS dash harness since that's what my car is...hopefully what they speculate maybe true...

I checked everything and cant find any issues other than this. My plug going to the turn signal switch/head light switch has no power to it. Three small green wires feed into this plug. I tried testing it with the lights on/off the hazzards on/off, brakes on/off I mean I tried everything and no power ever went to those three wires. This plug is the top plug on the turn signal/headlight switch. Again NO POWER ever went to this no matter what I did. I checked my relay for hazards(assuming one relay for both hazards and turn signals but I could be wrong??). So I am not sure what I am going to do. Also I checked every fuse in the entire car, and all of them are fine. I have also since taken the steering wheel off again, cluster out, bottom cover off(about 1/3 of the dash is apart again.) Someone please help me here, I have to have turn signals or else im just gonna get a rental, I dont want to take any chances with my 7 month old being in the car.

if you read in my previous post there's a possiblity that not all dash harnesses are compatible...you best option is to reuse your old dash harnesses...if you didn't have problems previously than it's a good chance the new dash harnesses could be the problem...like me, no power or continuity was read on the multimeter...so that's why the electrical specialist assumed as well as the dealership that the dash harness might be the problem...

Not to jack the thread or anything, but I have a similar oddity in my car. My front right parking bulb does not light up when I turn on parking lights, but flashes when I use the turn signal and the hazards. In addition, the left front parking bulb works just fine. Could it just be a short in the line between the turn signal relay and the bulb??
