So I replaced the actuator and made a video works good but now it doesn’t lock it can always be open even if the car is locked. Is the latch lock assembly?

Yes, your system appears to have effectively bypassed the OEM lock. It's been quite a few years since I had mine apart back when my actuator failed. I simply gutted the actuator so that now the truck can only be opened or closed again with the key.

Yeah I think I have a bad trunk latch
