I have a 1992 Integra with an OBD1 B17A1. I recently dropped the B17 into the car and the TPS was off, which I have encountered after swaps before. However, when I went to test the wires, the voltage on the lead wire was 9.7, the signal wire was at 5.1, and the ground wire was at 4.7. The car will not start with the out of range voltage. I thought it could be an ECU problem so I threw my stock P61 ECU in and the problem persisted. I figure that it is likely a problem with my harness, but I don’t know why it would have gotten messed up during the swap and was wondering if I should try anything to confirm that it is the harness before buying another one. Thanks
