sup guys,
not to long ago my car started to kindda pudder when it idles. like kind of backfires, but in a sequence, and not as loud. just basically putter during idle. and it reminded me of a V8 when its "camming" (if you guys are familiar with that term) and then i was thinkin,i have about 111,000 miles on my timing belt, and i know it needs changing, but in about a month or 2 im putting in a new motor,so i didnt want to spend 300 on a new belt job,and turn around a month later to not even use it.so could this puttering be caused by the timing belt, maybe stretched or worn? or could it be something else? if u need more info, ill try to explain more, but thats about the best i can do....

btw if it matters,i have a 1999LS with around 111,000 on motor too
