So when i switch to click on the light at night (headlight, gauge cluster light, dash climate and etc.) So when i switch on the light my tail brake light is bright... isn't it suppose to be dim and when i step on the brake it suppose to be bright. My tail light stay bright at all time even when im stepping on the brake. Anyway to fix this problem? Anything burn out or fuse acting up? Please help because it dangerous to drive at night when all car think my brake light is super bright and don't know when im stopping. Thanks

Are all 3 brake lights staying on as if your stepping on the brake or is it only the 2 in the tail-lights?

Does the brake lights stay on when your running lights are off and not applying the brake?

If so than get under your brake peddle and look to see if that plastic acron is broken that presses the brake switch in.

Or if last resort try checking to see if the dual filiment bulbs are burned out if its only your tail-lights and not your 3rd brake light.
In most cars, the brake lights are triggered by a physical switch mounted nearby to the brake pedal. When the pedal is depressed, the switch disengages, which in turn brightens the tail lights. When the pedal returns to the normal position, it engages the switch and the lights are dim.

Perhaps a malfunction there?
my tail light suppose to be dim but when i turn on my headlight the taillight goes on but it super bright like when you step on the brake. When i step on the brake only the spoiler light come on because the tail light is already brighten.

ios808L what do you mean by dual filiment bulb =)
Try checking the brake light bulbs them selves. should be 2 1159 bubls.

I mean dual filiment by it can be dim and bright.
i checked already the light seem normal. I look under the brake but i don't see what you mean lol. =/ any pic would help.
I have the same issue with brake lights except my brake light on my spoiler is also staying on.

All 3 break lights work great when my lights are turned off. But at night when i turn my lights, all 3 of my brake lights light up as well...then when i hit the brakes you cant tell because it looks like they are already on so no change in brightness.

If it were the switch on the pedal, wouldnt they be on always? Not just when the lights are turned on? Could the wrong bulb in the brake lights cause an issue with the spoiler brake light as well?

You might want to check that out, don't know if it'll help since yours don't seem to be on all the time.
