swapping in a b16 requires more than just the engine, you need the electronics too. you could also bypass the ecu by using a VTEC controller or even wiring it up off of a shift light.
if your VTEC wiring is done properly then your oil pressure is too low. make sure it is filled to the top line of your dipstick.
