what mm are the st sway bars?
Generally, you don't want to go bigger than 22-23mm in the rear and no larger than 24-25mm in front for a street driven application. Polyurethane bushings are a good idea to get as well w/ new sway bars.
The swaybars will provide the most noticeable improvements in handling. The strut bars will be very subtle in providing improvements that you actually "feel" while driving the car.
