Lowering your car 2.0" front and 1.75" rear and possibly a little bit more from the springs settling in... Would not be the most idle situation because your just eating more suspension travel... Which of course would make the shocks easier to blow out. Even Koni off the shelf sports would possibly blow out.
Heres some more information
The stock shocks have almost 5" in travel in the front and a little over 5.5" in the rear.
So at static ride height I think you only have about 3" of travel not including hte bumpstop which is another 1" - 1 1/2" So your limiting yourself unless you shorten the shocks..
The rears sounds like it would be fine.
