In a few weeks my insurance runs out and I am putting the teg away for the winter months. I am at University so it shouldn't be a problem cause I don't drive that much anyways. I was just wondering what I should do to prep my car for the few months that it will be in my garage. I did a search and all I came up with was that I should change the oil. Any other tips that I should follow? It will be at my house so starting it every few weeks shouldn't be a problem, anything else I should do? Thanks.

-drain the gas tank
-unplug the battery
-place car on jack stands
-deflate tires
-leave a window cracked (depending on the storage area)
-change oil before starting

I've never put a car up for a long period of time, but this is what I would do to prevent flat spots on tires, weird interior smell, poor startup lubrication, and contaminated fuel.
