$230 for prokit is kinda expensive. You can get them for $195 shipped from

$315 for Skunk2 coilovers is expensive too. You can get them for $280 shipped from HERE on GroupBuyCenter.com.
To answer your question on the install job, they will both take the same amount of time. If you pay a mechanice to do it, it will be the same price regardless of coilovers or regulars springs.
