I am gettin a b18b motor and the crank has been balanced, new bearings, honed, p&p head, the only problem i have is they pr3 pistons its comming with. because it will bring the CR to 11.3-1. I was planing on going turbo.

Should i keep the N/a setup, or Turbo this motor only at 4-6 lbs of boost.

Would i be better to do it that way then put up the boost to 9lbs, or would it be better to keep the pr3's and boost it alittle.

What gaines am i looking at boosting at 4-6lbs on that setup.

what's the point? 6 psi is like kissing your sister.

get a set of forged Wisecos at 9.5-10:1 CR which can handle the heat and run 10-11 psi boost. PR3 pistons are cast pistons. Casting makes the piston brittle and not strong enough for the pounding of high turbo heat or a sudden detonation. PR3's were meant for N/A. You wouldn't use a field hockey stick in a ice hockey game or french kiss your sister right?
