I'm planning on installing a kill switch on my 98 Integra LS. It'll be the fuel pump cut-off switch. Need a sanity check before I started cutting wires, just to make sure I'm doing it right.

  1. The wire. I want to make the connection here. Per manual, the green-yellow is the one I need to cut.

  2. The switch. It's rated 12V, 20A. Will this do?

  3. Anything else I need to worry about?
Thanks.

I would switch the GRN/BLU wire between ECU pin A7 and the PGMFI Main Relay. That wire carries very little current, only fuel pump relay control, therefore smaller switch can be used. No need for the switch to carry the fuel pump load.
