Mailcars have right hand drive so they can easily put the mail in the boxes.

I feel like I got baited on that one.

An any event, my best guess would be to obtain a RHD steering rack, dash, throttle cable, and a battery relocation kit. The steering rack should be PnP and leave it to be straight forward to swap sides with the interior. It would be much easier to relocate the battery, than to have to rewire that side of the car; this would also clear room for the mastercylinder to be moved. All this said, you would most likly have to obtain all the JDM brake lines and have the pedels welded in. It would almost be easier to import one...
