I have a 2001 LS automatic. I notice a clicking sound when I go from park to reverse. It sounds like it is coming from the bottom of the car. Is this normal?

I got the same problem with my 2000LS auto too. Some kind of flaw with the tranny. Hav`nt had the time to put it in the dealer yet. Still under warranty. Another thing I notice is when I'm driving and I let off the gas, the car jerks. Same when I apply gas. Wierd huh? I'll let you know what the dealer says when I get it to them. Like freakn 30 miles away.

After I posted my question I noticed a thread about the clickig sound... clicking sound

Made me feel a little more comfortable.

I wouldnt be able to help you with the jerking problem though. I hope it is nothing serious.

If anybody else experienced the clicking sound let me know.
