i was reading this article in Sport Compact Car about a guy who set up his 1996 Integra LS for TCRA road racing. Come to find out his spring rates were listed as 14kg/mm front, 20kg/mm rear. If my conversions are correct, that's 770lb/in front and 1,100lb/in rear. he debuted with a first place finish somewhere. He was running some zeal shocks, hoosiers and major reinforcement. Just thought i'd share some info that's usually hard to get from successful racer's cars.
