i asked the stealership and they quoted me 1300 and i know thats bull and they said the oem belt was 400 i laughed in his face.. anyways i just need a good reliable/reasonlby priced place to get my belt changed and if you know how much it would cost would be great too..

dunavins (sp?) if your in the DC/Woodbridge/Dale City area, they did all my work when i lived in dale city, and they are pretty reasonable, and very experienced with hondas

B&T motorsports in Springfield, VA. If I'm not doing the work myself, they're the only ones allowed to touch my car.

Look for Brian, and tell him "Daniel" sent you. He'll say: "Daniel? Used to own a 240sx?"

Tell him: Yeah...that guy.

I like Wallace Automotive in Richmond. I got the full service with tensioner ,all other belts, and water pump for $700. They are a Honda/Acura specialist. Monroe is great.
Can do it in one day if you set up an Apppointment

im glad you laughed in his face. Im about to do my timing belt myself as soon as i get the money for parts.

well... the stealership charged me 700 bucks for a new alternator and labor. so why not 1400 for a TB job? lol oh well...

I'm interested in learning, Ramzi...Ahahahah! Maybe you can help me when I need to get mine replaced...sigh.

well, apparently everyone backed out tonight except for me at tysons... oh well.

My friend does it for 300 in Va. Beach. He use to work at Honda. Really professional.
I know it's too far for you though.
