Went to the dealership today wanting a cd pocket which goes under the cd player. It's just a peice of plactic but the price came out to $45 dollars!

How does honda/acura come up with the ridiculous pricing for stock parts?

They have a monopoly I tell you! They're pretty clever though, but this is just rape in the ass!

I can agree with you guys but only about Ford dealerships. I had a bang-up with my integra bent RQ panel, bent rear valence, cracked DR tail light. I went to several places. Local body shops, Maaco and the Acura dealership. Guess who had the lowest price and the best deal. The Dealership. The were going to bang out the the RQP replace the tail light and the rear valence sand and repaint for just under 1k. every one else want like 1,600+ just to bang out the parts that were already there and leave me with a cracked tail light. on top of that the dealership said if I aquire the parts they would only charge me labor.

For interior parts or body parts, its sometimes best to get em used. When it comes to wear parts, the dealership is where I go. I do get a nice discount though.hehe

you can go to best buy or al and ed's autosound and get a pocket kit for your car...only runs about $20 bucks...
