I have a 2000 integra that got hit in the front right and pushed the crumple zone in and totaled the car. I also have a 94 shell, both Lhd, both manual, both ls models. What I was wondering was could I cut the front end off the 94 like I was going to do a rhd swap, ya know behind the dash, and on the a pillar, and swap it onto the 2000?

You could, but I don't know why you'd want to. You'd be MUCH better off swapping everything over to the '94 shell. A cut and shut like that will never be as good as a straight chassis, and without a chassis table you don't have a prayer of keeping it straight with that amount of cutting. The frame horns on your 2000 are bent and twisted, and replacing that is a major bit of structural work. Not something I would recommend to anyone without a frame shop level tool set at their disposal and the experience to go with it.
