Car: 99 Integra 2DR LS Manual Non-VTEC
ECU trying to install P75 OBDI

I am having a problem. When I tried to install this ECU today the car will not turn over. It tries to start but it seems like no fuel is running through. Heat works, lights come on but won't turn over. I have the proper OBDII to OBDI harness so it should work. So just to see I plugged my original ECU back in and the car turned over fine. Anything you can suggest that might work? The ECU was tested before it was sent and it passed. Do I have to reset anything inside the car so it can start to read the new ECU? Any help or advise would be appreciated. I know people have done this before so I hope you all can help.

Shouldn't need an OBDI dizzy to start the car. I've had an OBDI P74 in my 98 Teg, and it started and ran fine.

When you turn the key to acc, is there any CEL ?

If you got the correct conversion harness, and the ECU was tested to be good, then I am unsure about what it might be. It wouldn't be any kind of fuse or relay if it still starts with your factory ecu.
