So I'm sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't really find any good answers to my problem. What could this hose possibly do?

What's in it. The camera is too far away. It really looks like 2 or 4awg electrical cable, and not a hose. But again, I can't tell in the pic.

Not home currently but it comes out of the bottom of the evap tank.
