Currently, I've got a stock high comp B20 block, fully ported & polished B16 head with full ferrea valve train & a couple of trannys. My problem is that I've got an LS tranny that grinds second & an LSD GSR tranny that not only grinds 3rd, but the casing under the diff chipped chunks for some reason (Internals are good but the case is trash). If I were to use my perfectly good LS casing, which gear setup and synchros should I go with as far as combining gears from the two trannys?

Ive already swapped bearings & installed the LSD diff into the Ls case
