Has anyone had the pleasure of doing this? I am currently contemplating attempting this due to a ticking/tapping noise that is coming from the cylinder head. I have already triple checked the valve lash. I am just wondering when you have noise at 2000rpm when you first start the car and as the car warms up the noise starts at higher rpms. Are the LMA’s my root cause? The noise goes away after 4400. VTEC, LMA's? If anyone has had experience with this problem in the past please let me know. After reading the Helms manual this shouldn't be a too difficult task other than getting the timing belt back on. I would be replacing my GSR LMA's with ITR's.
