96 integra LS Special Edition b18b1 non vtec swap. About 500miles after full rebuild & first & only tune. Ordered 3in 5bolt t3t4 CX Racing turbo downpipe to upgrade from my 2.5in downpipe to 3in exhaust, so now I'll be fully 3in. Also waiting & have received some new stuff before dyno tune on April 9th. New 38mm wastegate gasket, T3t4 manifold flange gasket & 3in downpipe gasket. Hondata Electronic boost controller, turbo inlet screen gaurd, red shift knob, exhaust manifold heat wrap, already got a turbo blanket that I'll put back on. Might be forgetting some incoming parts. But as of now the build consists of: 1000cc Deatschwerks injectors, AEM 340LPH Pump, Speedfactory 4bar map sensor, Ebay T3T4 Turbo & 38mm wastegate, HondataS300 & obd1 swap, Greddy BOV & Evo 2 exhaust muffler. Stage 5 comp clutch, Brian Crower stage 2 turbo cams, dual valve springs titanium retainers, Nippon turbo pistons, Eagle H beam rods, vms block gaurd, ARP headstuds, sure there's a few Lil things I'm forgetting. Been set at 5psi since rebuild to break it in. Pulls pretty hard runs good, but AFR is a Lil rich and definitely needs a better tune. Gonna be installing new parts & preparing/testing for the Dyno tune, not driving anymore until after tune. Hoping all goes smooth & we can turn her up & see what numbers we get. Goal is turn up to 14psi for now... & turn up injectors from current 35% to recommended level for good AFR & more power! Wish me luck. Will update after dyno!
