led bulbs: red or white?

Since the bulb is going behind a red lens don't even bother with red or white LED bulbs. If you really must insist on buying them, get the red which cost about $15 shipped for a pair as compared to about $30-$40 shipped for the white LED's.
Why do I say forget LED's behind your red lens in the altezza tails? I've tried red LED's in the tail lights & they look exactly the same as regular bulbs. Save yourself the money & just get whites for your clear corners. LED Bulb Picture Thread
Take a look for yourself. In the brake lights & turn signals I am actually using APC superwhites aka "blueberries" (left over from my clear corners) because it is behind a red lens already. Don't have any pictures of the red LED's, but I can put them in & take some if wanted.
