whats up guys,
i cant get my driveshaft out of my intermediate shaft. ive tried pulling them apart,and prying them apart,but it just doesnt seem to want to come out. any ideas?

I had the same problem the other day... I ended up taking the intermediate shaft out and putting it in a vise and taking out the axle like that. by using a chizzle and a hammer to seperate it. to find out that it was ruseted in there some how. moisture must have taken over. I guess its time for a new seal between there or something.

yeah if i cant get it out then ill try that idea,but in the mean time,anyone else have any input.

Also,if nessissary,does anyone know how much a intermediate shaft would cost from a dealer/online. thats IF i absolutely have to.

I just held mine up in the air by the intermediate shaft and using a hammer beat down on the axle shaft in a circular motion. it will take a ****-ton of convincing but you will get it apart
