I just changed my wiper motor on my integra. Car hasn’t been touched for no longer than 3 days starts no problem.

Put the motor in today. Went to test and start car. I take my main relay out underneath the car for theft prevention and turned the key without it which from time to time i forget to put in. I didn’t get no crank heard the chime and car went completely dead. My battery gets 13v but my underhood fuse box high power fuses get 2 volts same with the terminal underneath the hood.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

the chime will go off with almost any voltage. Is it still low at the fuse box? I see you relocated the battery and it sounds like you have a relay inline to the fuse box. What is the voltage at the relay with the alarm and wiper disconnected?

edit: test the voltage at that main relay on the input and output
